Ethiopian Premier League Season to kick off with 16 teams

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – The 2010/11 Ethiopian Premier League (EPL) season will kick off this Sunday with 16 teams taking part. 

The Ethiopian Football Federation (EFF) decided to reduce the number of the EPL teams from 18 to 16 to make the league a little bit more competitive this year. 

The 16 teams represent 9 various cities, with the capital Addis Ababa having the lion share (7).
