Ethiopia Football: Two Nigerian players on trial with EEPCO FC
Addis Ababa– Two Nigerian football players are currently on trial with Ethiopian Premier League side EEPCO FC, wrote the Amharic sports website Libro.
The report did not give any details as to the players’ names, ages or clubs they played for in Nigeria, except that one is a midfield player and the other is a forward.
The players’ transfers will have to wait until the end of the first round of the EPL, when the transfer period begins.
EEPCO brought in 5 international players at the start of the season. Three of those players were from Nigeria and the other two from Cameroon.
EEPCO is currently languishing in 14th place, collecting just 9 points from 11 matches.
