Ethiopian Premier League: St. George to host Hawassa City
Addis Ababa – Ethiopian Premier League (EPL) leader Defence Force and defending champion St. George will host Hawassa City and Lideta Nyala respectively here today.
For Defence, a victory will give them a 6-point cushion over Ethiopian Coffee, although the latter will still have two matches in hand.  Lideta Nyala will also be looking for a win as it will lift them to 4th place from their current 9th place position. A draw will not change their status at all.
The St. George vs Hawassa City clash will be closely watched by their fans. A victory will help Hawassa overtake Ethiopian Coffee for 2nd place and a similar outcome for St. George will be a big morale booster not to mention that it could lift them up 3 notches in the rankings.
