SPORTS: Harar Brewery shares lead with Mugher & EEPCO

Hawassa, Ethiopia – Harar Brewery scored the biggest upset of the week with a 2-0 victory over Hawassa City in Week 3 of the Ethiopia Premier League here today.

Mugher Cement shared a point (0-0) on the road with newly promoted Arba Minch Kenema; EEPCO drew 2-2 with Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) and Defence Force was held to a 1-1 tie with the visiting Sidama Coffee in Addis Ababa.

So after today’s matches, Harar Brewery, Mugher Cement & EEPCO share the top spot with 5 points each, but with the Harari side having a better goal difference (+2 goals).
