Tirunesh Dibaba & Mohamed Aman victorious in Ostrava
Ostrava – Ethiopia’s reigning Olympic champion Tirunesh Dibaba set the year’s best time in the 10,000 metres, clocking 30min 26.67 sec , while compatriot and triple Olympic champion, Kenenisa Bekele, could only finish fourth in the 5,000 metres, overshadowed by another Ethiopian runners, 19-year-old Edris Muktar.
In other races, Mohamed Aman (Ethiopia) won in the 800m and Roba Gari came in  second in the 3,000m steeplechase.
In the women’s c3,000m steeplechase, Hiwot Ayalew and Etenesh Diro finished in 2nd and 4th places resoectively. Meanwhile Kalkidan Gezahegn had to settle for 4th place in the 1500m.
