Orange African U-20 Championship: Ethiopia eliminates Seychelles 5-0 on aggregate

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – The Ethiopian U-20 national football team eliminated Seychelles 5-0 on aggregate and will face South African in the second round of the African Youth Championship qualifiers.

Ethiopia beat the Seychelles 3-0 here today in the return leg match. The Ethiopian side won 2-0 during the first leg match played two weeks ago.

The second-round tie is set to take place in May, and the winner of the two teams will square off with Cameroon in the third round.

The African Youth Championship Finals will take place in Senegal in March 2015, and only eight teams will qualify.
