Ethiopian Premier League: Second round to resume this weekend
The second round of the 2019/20 Ethiopian Premier League soccer competition will kick off over this weekend, with two matches taking place tomorrow and the rest on Sunday.
Second-placed Fasil Kenema will host Adama Kenema in Gondar and Ethiopian Coffee will entertain Suhul Shire in Addis Ababa on Saturday
The league will continue on Sunday with Sidama Bunna facing Wolayta Dicha and Hawassa Kenema travelling east to Dire Dawa. Jimma Abba Jifar will head north to take on Bahir Dar Kenema and Welwalo Adigrat University will meet Sebeta Kenema.
Third-placed Mekelle 70 Enderta will head south to battle with Hadiya Hossana and league leaders St George will entertain Wolkite Ketema in Addis Ababa.
St George, Fasil Kenema and Mekelle 70 Enderta occupied the top-3 positions at the conclusion of the first round of competition while Dire Dawa Kenema, Welwalo Adigrat and Hadiya Hossana seat at the bottom of the league table.
