English Premier League to help improve Ethiopian Football

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia-  Ethiopian President Girma Woldegiorgis called on the England Football Association (The FA) to support Ethiopian football 

While meeting FA Premier League Chairman, Sir Dave Richards here on Saturday, President Girma called the FA to work closely together with the Ethiopian Football Federation in order to improve the level of football in the country. 

The President said the support of the Association is essential towards improving the level and quality of football in the country. 

FA Premier League Chairman, Sir Dave Richards on his part expressed readiness to work together with the Federation to improve the football level. 

Ethiopian football federation and the chairman are expected to sign memorandum of understanding to work together. 

Meanwhile, Sir Richards attended the Ethiopian Super Cup final match between St. George FC and Dedebit FC at the Abebe Bikila Stadium today.
