Dire Dawa – Dire Dawa City and Lideta Nyala moved up the ladder of the Ethiopian Premier League with victories over Adama City (2-0) here and Mugher Cement (1-0) in Assela respectively.
The matches facing Harar Brewery vs Fincha Sugar and EEPCO vs Defence Force were postponed for Tuesday, December 7.
Earlier on Saturday, Hawassa City defeated current leader Ethiopian Coffee 3-1, with Ashenafi Adem claiming 2 goals to his credit. Meanwhile, Ethiopian Banks failed to take home field advantage when they were held to a 1-1 draw by Trans Ethiopia.
