Hunt tips Kebede for success
The usually taciturn Bidvest Wits coach Gavin Hunt says the signs are there that Ethiopian striker Getaneh Kebede could be a hit in the PSL this season.
Hunt expects more of the same from the 21-year-old marksman.
“He’s got a hell of a record, hey. If you look at his record, he’s got nine goals in 11 games for Ethiopia – he scored against Bafana,†Hunt points out to KickOff.com.
“He’s lively and played one game for us and scored. So he’s got the credentials.â€Â
Hunt adds: “It is obviously a big change for him; better pitches and some games are played at night here so it’s different conditions, but he’s got huge potential.â€Â
