Ethiopian Football team to fly to Abuja tomorrow
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – The Ethiopian national football team will fly to Abuja, Nigeria tomorrow to face the Green Eagles on Sunday in Group B match of the 2012 Orange Africa Nations Cup, reported Ermias Amare on his FaceBook page.
Meanwhile, a farewell dinner for the team was held at the Wabe Shebele Hotel here tonight.
Coach Onuora has announced that forward Chala Driba (Defence Force) and defender Zenabu Kebede (Hawassa City) have been cut, and the final list of 18 players is as follows:
Goalkeepers: (2)
Yidenkatchew Kidane (Defence Force) and Zerihun Tadesse (St. George).
Defenders: (7)
Alula Girma, Abebaw Butako and Samson Mulugeta (St. George) – Samson Wuhib and Aynalem Hailu (Defence Force) – Mengistu Assefa and Daniel Deribe (Dedebit FC).
Midfielders: (4)
Yared Zenabu (St. George) – Menyahel Teshome (Ethiopian Coffee) – Asrat Megersa (EEPCO) and Ashenafi Girma (Dire Dawa City).

Shimeles Bekele (Hawassa City) – Fikru Teffera (SuperSport United, South Africa) – Oumed Oukri and Bedasso Hora (Defence Force) and Adane Girma (St. George).
