Walia Ibex coach Yohanes Sahle hopes to play International friendly before Seychelles game
Addis Ababa- Ethiopia Walia Ibex coach Yohannes Sahle is upbeat ahead of September’s 2017 Afcon qualifier match away match against Seychelles .Sahle did not however want to be distracted by the recently announced World Cup draws intimating to Soka25east.com that they would cross the bridge when they get there choosing instead to focus on the Seychelles game.
Speaking exclusively to Soka25east.com the soft spoken tactician further alluded to the fact that he was hoping his charges would play a friendly match ahead of September to gauge his team since the league ended the players have not been training.
“Well as you know the Seychelles game will be played away and we have to be ready for everything so that we dont have to give any excuses .For the World Cup draws we have time to think about that but we have to focus on the first game and i am looking to play a friendly match in the next 15 days to help us prepare adequately” Sahle told Soka25east.com
Sahle took over from Portuguese Mariano Baretto and he has since managed to win two games beating Lesotho 2-1 in Barhir Dar and knocking out Kenya from Olympic qualifiers after a 2-0 home win and 0-0 draw in Nairobi.
